Return & Refund Policy

Merchandise with original receipt will be credited in the format it was paid if unopened, in original condition, and returned within 90 days in store.

Merchandise without receipt or with a gift receipt may be given in-store credit with manager’s approval if unopened, in original condition, and returned within 90 days in store.

Thinking Putty, slime, face masks, and kites are not returnable.

Shipping is nonrefundable.

Return forms must be completed on all returns.
